Appointments
Generally we advise between 5-8 weeks when maintaining a style and keeping your hair looking healthy. 8-10 weeks when growing your hair, but more than 10 weeks is not advisable as this would result in loss of shape, dry, split ends and breakage.
Skin Tests
If you have not visited the salon before and you are having a colour treatment we would ask that you visit the salon prior to your appointment so we can carry out a skin test. This needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can eliminate any contra indications or allergies which could arise and prevent us from carrying out a full treatment on the day.
Payment
Enzas accepts payment by cheque or cash please.
Cancellation policy
Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment
